Incorporated in 2011, PSA had dedicated itself in upbringing the under privileged by imparting occupational skills and also getting them appropriate employment.

In a short span of 2 years, PSA has trained more than 7000 students with a placement rate of around 75%, which is considered to be a top industry average. The students are mostly school dropouts, gypsies, physically challenged, destitute women, etc and coming from the families of butchers, auto drivers, farmers, coolies, etc.

Having started its operations in Tamil Nadu, PSA has presently expanded its wings to Delhi, Kolkata and Andhra Pradesh and would be launching its pan–India operations, in days to come.

Recognized by the premier national institution on skill development, the National Skill Development Corporation New Delhi (NSDC) as a Partner, PSA has been tirelessly living up to their motto, thus empowering the youth and the under privileged.
